A good business is also a good citizen! It all started from our beliefs that we have a duty to contribute to the communities in which we do business. In fact, there are many ways to do good, and being socially responsible is the best way to do so.

Therefore, we are proud and glad to announce our commitment with the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL), a very active NGO that attract a large audience since its reputation is highly considered. This social involvement means that our team members at Mexity and guests will support the work of Saint Jude in order to meet its goals.

Saint Jude Children’s Hospital Research founded on April 12, 2002 is a non-for-profit association for the treatment of children with cancer. With a mission of hope and a healthy future for kids, they support all children with cancer with no cost at all on their families through securing funds in order to have access to the latest treatment and help children to meet the educational needs. In fact, the Saint Jude School Program gives patients a way to focus on the future and keep up with schoolwork during their stay at the hospital – whether staying for a few months or years. Thus, Saint Jude relies purely on donations. It has a variety of fundraising projects all for the unique purpose of raising funds to treat their patients.

“Child Festival” will be our main fundraising plan organized on March 20. It is an event that will occur at our venue on the national children day. Its primary target is children and its main objective is to alert kids about the importance of being socially involved while having fun.

A well-organized plan that joins fun and responsibility will be prepared by our team. Competitive games, dancing competition, cooking classes and many other stations are waiting for kids that will attend our venue to celebrate Child Day. Tickets will be sold for 15$ per kid. Automatically, 5$ will be dedicated to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital Research. Additionally, as a part of the fundraising, Mexity will be adding a 1$ to every bill starting the 1st of December to support the Children’s Cancer Center of Lebanon.

Together, we will support our community and promote the culture of being a good citizen while supporting a cause that is so dear to our hearts.
